CNZ27 Registration

Welcome to the CNZ27 Registration Portal

The Clubs New Zealand 2027 Conference, AGM & EXPO (CNZ27) will be held at the Upper Hutt Cosmopolitan Club from 1-3 April 2027.

Over three days you'll have the opportunity to connect with club leaders from across New Zealand, explore the latest products and services at the EXPO, hear from a range of presenters and industry experts, participate in the Clubs New Zealand AGM, and celebrate success at the Club & Community Awards.

With a lot happening across the event, we encourage you to take your time and complete the registration details carefully for each attendee from your club.

Getting Started

Select the number of attendees you wish to register from your club. Once you've selected your group size, you'll be prompted to enter the first and last name of each attendee. When you click next, you will be prompted to complete the details for each attendee separately, including which event(s) and functions they will be attending.

Important Registration Information

When selecting your group size, please only include attendees who will be participating in the conference as either a Full Conference Delegate or a Thursday EXPO Only Delegate.

Partners or guests who are not attending any conference sessions should not be included in your group total. Additional tickets for the Awards Dinner, can be purchased later in the registration process.

Any partner or guest that is attending any part of the conference programme, including conference sessions or the Thursday EXPO, must be registered as either a Full Conference Delegate or a Thursday EXPO Only Delegate.

Please Note: Group Member 1 will be designated as the Main Booking Contact for your clubs registration.

Contact Details

Please complete the attendee details below.

If you are registering multiple attendees, each attendee must be registered individually. You will be asked to confirm their attendance at conference functions and events, along with any transport requirements.

Each attendee will require a unique email address and mobile number. These details will be used to give attendees access to the conference app, which will be available closer to the event.

Each booking must have one Main Contact. We recommend selecting the first attendee as the Main Contact. This helps streamline the registration process and reduces the need to enter the same information multiple times.
